Larger

"Success doesn't teach you anything. I'm going to say up to the age of thirty, you need some successes to create your ego structure. But it's an arbitrary number. After thirty, everything I've learned has been from humiliation, sin, failure, rejection, betrayal. That's when my soul expands. Now, I don't like it. And I don't know it till afterward, too. You know, you want to get rid of it. But then . . . later, in the surrendering, the accepting, the seeing, I realize I'm larger and larger
