Stories impact and we each have a unique narrative to share.
In March of 2018 I issued an invitation to over 20 individuals, whose stories I am fairly familiar with, requesting they interview for my Legacy Of Beauty video project. It wasn’t until 9 months later the following December that I recorded the first interview. What I’ve learned through the process of collecting stories to create Legacy Of Beauty is that people are often reticent for they feel vulnerable discussing their perceptions on their own beauty; for accepting or rejecting ones own uniqueness plays out in choices we make. And, sharing these sometimes flying and sometimes thudding life stories is not always easy to reveal. It is my hope that through viewing the stories these brave souls share in Legacy Of Beauty, you will discover a greater sense of and embrace your own uniqueness. I dedicate this project to my beautiful grandbabies who inspired me to set to work collecting stories to share from these wise and wonderful people. And too, I dedicate Legacy Of Beauty to my grown babies who, without question, are absolutely beautiful - and to you the viewer. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the interviewees who’ve shared my vision and opened their hearts to this project. Your beauty amazes me.

AuthorI am a mover and a doer, which . . . does not leave much time for television viewing. I’ve been disconnected from cable, satellite, Netflix and whatever the latest viewing fad is, for many years - aside from a couple of months, quite some time ago, when I thought I’d give cable a try. However, after a few months of viewing “pleasure,” I determined I wasn’t missing out on a whole lot and I asked the cable guy to retrieve his black box. Archives
